Indian parents start saving for their children’s weddings as soon as they are born. There is no reason for Indian weddings to not be big and fat.. To capture the most memorable times of your lives, use of latest technology should be put to get those perfect and memorable pictures. Wedding photography has been gaining ground rapidly these days. When it comes to wedding photography, the sky’s  the limit- LITERALLY!!
With technology touching new heights, photography is also seen to be taking it’s toll. The buzzword this wedding season is Drones..
Drone is a quad-copter with a camera attached to it. While you are busy in your ceremonies, drones capture those vivid pictures from above without any hassle.
Wedding photography is not limited to just photography. It has become a visual voice for the story of your wedding. The emotions, the love, the care you put to make this day special is exhibited with this form of art!
Get those gravity defying images giving an artistic and cinematic feel to your very special day!
Aerial footage and images do give the next level feel to the wedding altogether. Capture that amazing landscape, in which you put those precious hours to select.
Especially when it is a destination wedding, drones become a must to capture those moments beautifully!

Here are a few things you should know before you get a drone at your wedding

1) The entire wedding on a drone? NO**!!**
If you think your entire footage will be captured by drone, stop there! Drones can be used for a while in between to capture those cuddly-lovely moments from the divine angle.
The cinematic video will have little shots of drone probably, introducing the grand venue and the people.

2) Drones are venue dependent

Make sure your venue is open and big enough. Drones make beautiful aerial pictures but can be equally dangerous if mishandled. The venue should be big. If not, drones are not for you! Too many telephone poles, wires overhead, tall trees, tented weddings would not be very much drone-friendly places.
Palaces, large fields, golf course, forts are a few places where drone can be used. It’s actually wise to talk to the venue executive and find out more about drone policy there.

3) Drones are weather dependent
If by any chance, there’s rain or heavy wind (we hope not) on the wedding day, your dreams of getting that perfect aerial shot would not come true.
Not only will the drone will be grounded but it’s highly unsafe to fly a drone in such weather.

4)The operator : Man who handles the drone
Unless you want a tragedy to take place at your wedding, there’s no reason to not hire a professional. Flying drones can be real hazardous. You need proof? Here’s one.
It’s important to have a knowledgeable operator by your side. Drones can be real dangerous at times. Relying on the operator for the drone footage is a clever thing to do not only because of his expertise of angles and shots but also due to the knowledge of handling them safely.

5)The permit
As stated earlier, having a word with the venue executive will have this one sorted out for you. Once you get the yay from them people at venue, you can have that picture-perfect wedding.
But if it’s a public property where you’d want to get a drone flown, permission from concerned authorities is mandatory. So make sure, you get all the necessary permits.

6) Make sure that the drone are resting during the ceremony
Drones can often be noisy and distracting.  They are just smaller helicopters, afterall.
This is the reason they should be flown at hours when no ceremony is going on. However to cover these important moments, ground photographers and videographers set to work and capture those moments for life!

7) The drone moment

Plan out a time and place with the drone operator and the guests to capture those happy twinkling moments. This will develop a footage that’s one of its kind. Also, the operator will have a fair idea of how to go about with prior visualization and planning.
Getting a drone is not enough, putting it to the best use will get you the desired results.
