Engagement rings:

  • While round cuts will always be popular, brides are experimenting with different cuts and bands to add a unique touch to this special piece of jewelry. Opt for cushion cuts or princess cuts to pop the question this year!
  • Rose gold bands are also an interesting trend in wedding rings that can set your engagement ring apart from the rest. A beautiful and feminine option to consider if your girl loves pastels and pinks.
  • Elaborate settings on bands with accent diamonds, floral shapes or geometric settings can also add a wonderful, new look to the classic diamond ring.
  • Matching his & her bands will always be a favorite with us. You can personalize platinum or gold rings with names, a special date or phrase to immortalize your wedding.

Pre-wedding photo shoot themes:

  • There are many unexplored and beautiful destinations around India that would be a great location for wedding photo shoots. Ziro Valley, Khajjiar, Hampi, Bundi and Kutch are all excellent places for a memorable and scenic photo shoot.
  • While many people choose to go heavy on props and costumes, you can also opt for a photo shoot that best describes your romance. If you met at work or play the piano together, then utilize settings that are true to your story and personal style.
  • Pick a photographer who matches your requirements and understands your aesthetic. You should be able to look back on the photos and the shoot as a day for making lifelong memories.

Choreography:

  • Dance performances are always a great way to get the party started and you can add glamour and drama to the choreography for a great time. Focus on a short yet fun routines that gets everybody on the dance floor.
  • Choose fun, upbeat songs to set the mood instead of slow, romantic numbers. The choreography and music should get everyone in the mood to be part of your big day.

Decor styles:

  • An exciting decor trend this year would be minimalistic glamour. Think of sophisticated and opulent elements such as crystal chandeliers, candelabra centerpieces, velvet drapery in minimal, muted tones such as mattes and whites.
  • Ethnic kitsch has moved away from loud pop art towards combining bursts of colours and patterns in interesting ways. You can also use traditional Indian materials such as gota, mogra, diyas, kalirey and glass in your decor.
  • Romantic pastels are back and we love the use of soft, soothing blues and yellows at mehendis and day weddings! Opt for mint, coral, powder blue for a contemporary and different decor style.
